According to this article https://seekingalpha.com/article/4567048-bull-market-push-sp-500-new-high-2023-end , the S&P 500 should bottom soon, and form new highs by 2024.
Stocks will then start to fall in late 2024/ 2025, starting a new bear market.
This seems to rhyme with Larry Williams' forecast of a bottom in December 2022, before reaching a cycle top by late 2024.
